We collect only the information necessary to operate PremHub as a sales and scheduling system.

When you use PremHub, we may store:

  • Your user role (e.g. rep, manager, administrator)

This information is provided by your organisation and is used to control access to the system.

  1. b) Meeting and Business Data

PremHub stores information entered by users, including:

  • Business names and contact details
  • Meeting dates and times
  • Assigned sales representatives
  • Meeting outcomes and notes entered by users

This data is used solely for internal business operations.

  1. Google Calendar Data

PremHub allows users to connect their Google account to synchronise meetings with Google Calendar.

What data we access

When a user connects Google Calendar, PremHub may access:

  • Calendar event titles
  • Event start and end times
  • Event descriptions
  • Calendar identifiers
  • Google Calendar event IDs

How we use Google Calendar data

Google Calendar data is used only to:

  • Create calendar events when meetings are scheduled in PremHub
  • Update existing calendar events when meetings are edited
  • Remove or move calendar events when meetings are cancelled or reassigned

PremHub does not:

  • Read unrelated calendar events
  • Access contacts, emails, files, or any other Google services
  • Use Google Calendar data for advertising or marketing
  • Sell or share Google user data with third parties

Google API compliance

PremHub’s use of Google user data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • All data is stored securely on our servers.
  • Access to PremHub is restricted by user roles and permissions.
  • Google access tokens and refresh tokens are stored securely and are used only to maintain calendar synchronisation.
  • We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
  1. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data is shared only:

  • Internally within PremHub by authorised users
  • With Google, solely for the purpose of calendar synchronisation when a user explicitly connects their Google account

5. Data Retention

  • Business and meeting data is retained for as long as required for operational and reporting purposes.
  • Google Calendar access can be revoked at any time by the user via their Google Account settings or within PremHub.
  • When Google access is revoked, PremHub will no longer access or update Google Calendar data.

6. User Control

Users may:

  • View and update their own meeting notes within PremHub
  • Disconnect their Google account at any time
  • Request correction or removal of personal data where appropriate

7. Third-Party Services

PremHub uses Google APIs solely to provide calendar synchronisation functionality.

We do not use Google user data for:

  • Advertising
  • Analytics unrelated to scheduling
